All services which were paid can’t be refunded.

The refund can be issued only if:

  • You make payment by accident or payment was processed with the wrong price.
  • You decline your order on the same day and didn’t send/received any files.

All other payments – NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Donations are not refundable.

If you choose a monthly subscription, payment will be deducted monthly from your approved credit/debit card. You can cancel the subscription any time you want between monthly payments, but no refund will be issued.
